Mars offer complete feasibility studies, DFM, and mold flow analysis. We specialize in the integrated solution, which requires total CAD/CAM/CAE manufacturing techniques.
At Mars each and every project is looked upon by a number of highly qualified personnel. Weekly meetings are held to ensure all involved are up to speed and the project stay on schedule.
INJECTION MOLDING
Mars offers a number of services for injection molded parts.
We offer in house tool tryouts, low & high volume production as well 2 shot injection molding services.
Our machines range from 60-250 ton to meet most all our customer requirements.
TOOL MAKING
Since Mars was established, we have been making tools to be exported around the world, as well as for customer who want to run parts in our facility in China. Our focus is on producing high quality, high volume tooling. However if our customers request prototype/low volume tooling we can meet the demands as well. Mars has 2 facilities and covers an area of 6000 square meters with more than 150 employees. and manufacturing facility along with our highly talented mold making staff allows Mars the flexibility to meet all demands put forth by our customers. We have the capacity to produce 40 sets of tools per month. Up to 400-500 sets per year. The largest size of mold can reach 20 ton.
