Since Mars was established, we have been making tools to be exported around the world, as well as for customer who want to run parts in our facility in China. Our focus is on producing high quality, high volume tooling. However if our customers request prototype/low volume tooling we can meet the demands as well. Mars has 2 factories and covers an area of 4000 square meters with more than 120 employees. and manufacturing facility along with our highly talented mold making staff allows Mars the flexibility to meet all demands put forth by our customers. We have the capacity to produce 40 sets of tools per month. Up to 500 sets per year. The largest size of mold can reach 20 ton.
We manufacture tools that can produce millions of parts to run mass production. We can make tools up to 20 ton is size. We can also provide tools that do not require such high volume of production. Once we know our customer’s requirements we can build tools to meet their demands.
Prototype tooling is becoming more and more of a demand in recent years. Mars often makes these types of tools for our customer’s to validate design and part function before moving into mass production tooling.
Mars is very experienced in applying this technology to over-mold thermoplastic onto metal core and 2K injection molding. The components we produced are largely used in the automotive and industrial products.
